Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of the Blue Sky Cashmere client portal. Commercial terms (pricing, production schedules, shipping) are covered separately in your signed commercial agreement with us.
Eligibility
Access to the portal is granted by invitation to our business partners. You may not share your credentials, create accounts on behalf of others, or attempt to access data belonging to other clients.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe the portal for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or load-test it.
- Uploaded files must be related to your commercial relationship with us. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or unrelated.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
Confidentiality
Order details, pricing, production data, and documents shared through the portal are confidential. You may share them within your organisation for the purpose of the engagement but not with third parties without our written consent.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the portal after notice constitutes acceptance.
