Blue Sky Cashmere is a vertically integrated Mongolian cashmere manufacturer. We operate this client portal at portal.blueskycashmere.trade for our business partners.

• Account data: name, work email, company, role.
• Order data: purchase orders, specifications, production status, shipping information, invoices.
• Uploaded files: documents and message attachments you send us.
• Usage data: access logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) to help us detect misuse. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

To fulfil orders, communicate progress, share commercial documents, and protect the portal from misuse.

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or another region with equivalent protections, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@blueskycashmere.trade. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain order records for the life of our commercial relationship plus seven years, consistent with UK accounting requirements. Non-order personal data is deleted within 30 days of a written request unless retention is legally required.
