Check your spam folder for an email from Blue Sky Cashmere with the subject "Welcome to your portal". If you can't find it, message the person at your company who invited you — they can ask us to resend, or you can write to us directly with your company name and email.

I'm a brand new to Blue Sky Cashmere

The portal is for trade clients with active production orders. To open a wholesale account, write to our partnerships team and tell us a little about your brand — who you are, where you sell, and what cashmere products you're sourcing. We'll come back within two business days.

I work at a company that already has a portal account

Ask your colleague who already has access — typically the buyer, account owner, or accounts-payable lead — to write to us asking us to add you. They'll need your name, work email, and the role you should have on the account.
